I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the city center. The location was perfect, right next to the main square. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering information about the history of the region. The rooms had a pleasant view of the city's park, and the basic amenities were all provided. The breakfast was also quite satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.

All in all, everything was absolutely fine.

Although the cost is in line with what is available for a similar class elsewhere in Komotini, and while I do understand the pricing of travel- related goods and services in Greece in general, the cost did seem to me to be on the high side.

My room wasn t equiped with a dark curtain,too much light in the room,

the staff was helpful, making our stay comfortable with cozy and clean rooms. the breakfast in the morning was a great start to the day, providing us with everything we needed. Plus, the fast, reliable wifi helped us keep in touch.

The limited parking in the area made it difficult to find a spot to park nearby.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο με διπλό κρεβάτι, μεγάλο μπαλκόνι ασυνήθιστο για ξενοδοχείο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό όπως και το μπάνιο. Μεγάλη άνεση με χώρο εργασίας και σωστή καρέκλα για να μπορέσει κάποιος να τοποθετήσει το laptop του και να εργαστεί. Φυσικά, το δωμάτιο είχε σύνδεση με internet χωρίς έξτρα κόστος (εξίσου σημαντικό). Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και πρόθυμο να δώσει οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία. Πολύ σημαντικό για έναν ταξιδιώτη που δεν έχει επισκεφτεί ξανά την πόλη. Όταν θα επισκεφτώ ξανά την Κομοτηνή σίγουρα θα μείνω στο Δημόκριτος.

Nice spacious room. Vicinity of the hotel to the market and sight seeings of Komotini. Friendly personnel.

Relatively poor breakfast. Parking is hard to find (hotel information says that there is parking but they mean parking on the street and this is scarce in the middle of the day) The shower is protected by a curtain that makes it impossible to avoid splashing water on the floor of the bathroom. A small nuisance for us.

Great location and friendly staff. the hotel is situated close to the center of town and provided easy access to nearby attractions. the staff was always available to answer our questions and helped us plan our itinerary. we appreciated the clean and modern facilities.

Noisy room and outdated bathroom fixtures. Unfortunately, we had a room facing a busy street which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

By chance it appeared that one more person came with us and when ask for additional bed it appeared that the additional cost when booking on the moment is higher if previous booking is done online.

Nothing is perfect.

Great location in the heart of the city, within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a lovely view of the city. The breakfast provided was decent and filling.

The bathroom was quite small and outdated, and the shower was not the best. The air conditioning in the room was loud and not very effective.
